Nick Cottage

Our Nick Cottage affords you the privacy of your own home with the benefits of all Breezeway services and amenities. It includes one full bath, a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a second bedroom with two twins. There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a gas fireplace. Relax in a rocking chair on the front porch or in your rear patio complete with a gas grill and a picnic table.

Housekeeping service is performed every 4th day with trash, tidy and towels upon request.

Insider tip: guest laundry is available in the Poolhouse.

Max Villa

The second floor luxury Max Villas at 900 square feet offer all the comforts of home. You'll find an en-suite master bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with two double beds and a separate second bathroom. The gorgeous kitchen with its granite countertops looks out into the dining area and living room complete with a Queen size sofa bed. A private living room balcony faces south over a beautiful green lawn and a shared deck complete with a picnic table overlooks the corkscrew fountain courtyard and swimming pool. To make you feel more at home, we've also installed a washer and a dryer. The villa sleeps eight guests with a crib or a rollaway bed, though the rate is based on six guests.

Insider tip: BBQ grill area is located at the end of our Couples Row building.
